Pauline Lippmann was, and will always be, Guatemala’s event industry trailblazer and pioneer.
She became the symbol of creativity when she started decorating weddings in 2002 with different
flower arrangments and materials. Before her, decorations followed similar protocol designs
and truly memorable events were unheard of.

As the first decorator to use local, artisanal materials along with contemporary high design,
Pauline made each event incomparable and gave artisans a platform to showcase the intricacy
of their work.

Her irrevocable authenticity made her a design leader in Guatemala and she shortly became
established as the icon of exceptionalism. That is, someone who did not conform to the norm
and who delivered exceptional designs every single time.

 Today, Olga Aguilar Lippmann, her daugther, continues her legacy and our founder’s
passionate spirit with a team specialized in transforming ideas and dreams into reality
with her same drive: daring to be pioneers.

As the second generation behind this creative lens, we share the love for Pauline’s work
and are committed to continue innovating and creating with originality.
